#066 Empire in Decay - Victor III

A Soviet Victor III tied up to a wharf and left to decay in the toxic sludge … modelled from the Dragon 1:700 kit (no electronics in this one).

Notes

The Soviet Victor III Project 671RTM/RTMK Shchuka (pike) entered service with the Northern Fleet in 1979; 25 were produced until 1991.

Build Log

The Dragon kit has two subs; I’ve just pulled the Victor III out of the box for this build. It’s a very simple build; primed in black.

“Empire in Decay”. Final resin pour tonight, fingers crossed! Will just need final finishing and some more toxic discharge;-)

This is Dragon kit of the Victor III that I picked up for a bargain (2fer with HMS Revenge).
