#111 Bristol Bulldog
The Bristol Bulldog is an RAF classic from the inter-war period. Although this Airfix Vintage Classic 2019 boxing was tooled way back in 1969, it is still a very buildable kit of a very beautiful plane. I think Airfix’s decision to do a new 1:48 tool in 2024 is inspired.
Notes
The Bristol Bulldog is a British Royal Air Force single-seat biplane fighter designed during the 1920s by the Bristol Aeroplane Company. The Bulldog was withdrawn from RAF Fighter Command in July 1937, being primarily replaced by the Gloster Gauntlet.

Build Log
The Bristol Bulldog all rigged and ready to roll. An RAF classic from the inter-war period.
Even though this Airfix Vintage Classic 2019 boxing was tooled way back in 1969, it is still a very buildable kit of a very beautiful plane. I think Airfix’s decision to do a new 1:48 tool in 2024 is inspired (I do hope it eventually trickles down to a new 1:72).
